The user can edit the translated text of FS2. Users can improve the quality of translated texts and adapt their games to new languages.
You can freely distribute the translated text, but please refrain from selling it for a fee. If you would like to provide the translated text, please contact us from the contact information. After the developer checks it with a script, it will be incorporated into the game and reflected in the next update. I can only offer a reward that I will state your name on the credit. Please note.
To start the translation, execute "/exporttranslations" in the in-game chat window. The translated text will be exported to the "translate_edit_[version]" folder in the save data folder.
You can edit the translated text by editing those files.
At the start of the game, the translation text in the "translate_edit_[version]" folder in the save data folder is automatically loaded.

For files other than languages.txt, write the ISO 639-1 code on the first line, the translated text on the subsequent lines, and [EOF] on the last line.
Do not shift the lines as the text will not load correctly. You may want to edit it using spreadsheet software.
Text starting with ■ is a comment. It is written to organize the translated text. Not used in-game.
- is a blank element. In the early days of development, there were many data deletions and insertions, so it is a remnant of creating data at intervals.
A prefix x, such as "xDead", in StatesName represents unused data. Not used in-game.
The text enclosed in [] is the replacement string. Enter it as is, without translating it, as the program will replace it with another string at run time.
You can check translations by executing "/checktranslations" in the chat window. You can check whether the translated text is not blank or contains a replacement string.
