人類は、２５００年間も、ソクラテスの哲学を、「捏造研究」して、ソクラテスが、「発見」した「魂」を「無知」で、「ソクラテスの経験」を何も分かっていない。
2500 years, human beings do "fabrication research" of Socrates's philosophy, and Socrates is "ignorance" about the "soul" "discovered", and they understand him for no "experiences of Socrates."

その為に、ソクラテスが公案した、「哲学解明」の為の方法（原理）「問答法」が、なぜ（方法序説）公案されたか、人類は理解できない。

問答法

問答法（もんどうほう、希：　　英：Dialogue）または対話法（たいわほう）は、広義では質問と討論の形式による思想の叙述である。

これは古代ギリシアの哲学や謡曲、また孔子の『論語』や仏教の諸経典においても認められる。

狭義には古代ギリシアの哲学者ソクラテスが用いた真理研究もしくは教育の手法を指し、現在これは心理療法でも応用されている。本項目では後者について述べる。

ソクラテス式問答法　「編集」

ソクラテス式問答法（英：Socratic Method, Socratic Debate）は、反対の立場にある個人間での質問と討論の形式であり理性的思考を刺激しアイデアを生み出すための質問と回答にもとずく「１」。

エレンコス(Elenchos)とも。弁証法の一種であり、対立する観点同士で戦わせる弁論の形式となることが多い。一方が自説を補強するなどしても、もう一方に矛盾を気つ゛かせる。

ソクラテスがこのような問答を友人のアテネ人達と行うようになったのは、幼馴染のカイレボンがデルホイの神殿を訪れ、ギリシア内にソクラテスより賢い人がいるかを尋ねたのがきっかけだった。

ソクラテスはこれを一種のパラドックスと捉え、この難題の答えを得るために問答法を使うようになった。しかし、ディオゲネス・ラエルティオスはプロタゴラスがこの「ソクラテス式」問答法を発明したとし、

またクロビュロスがこのディアレクティケーという語および形式を哲学に導入したとしている「２」「３」。プラトンは『エウテュブロン』や『イオン』といた初期の対話編で、ソクラテス式問答法を散文で表す

形式を確立し、一般にソクラテスが道徳や認識論について市民とやりとりする様子を描いた。

ソクラテス的発問（Socratic Questioning）とは、元の質問に対して質問で答えることを意味する。これは会話の進行に合わせて、新しい質問を再定式化することを最初の質問者に強いる。

真理探究の方法　「編集」

彼は、体操場への行き帰りの青年たちをつかまえては、対話(duologue、これから後年、対話的な議論の中でダイナミックに思想の歩みが展開していく仕方を弁証法、dialecticと呼ぶことになる)

による哲学的な思考の教育を行った。我々が、ごく自明のものと考えている「正義」「道徳的な正しさ」などその言葉の使用に際して、我々が理解していることの内実をよくよく問いただされてみると、

我々が意外に生半可に理解しただけでその言葉を使用していることに気つ゛かされる。そしてそこから、その言葉は本当はどんな意味で理解されるものなのか、そしてそれが我々に要請する

道徳的な行為とは何かということに思いを至らしめることになる。

エレンコス（反駁のための反対尋問）は、ソクラテス式問答法の中心となる技法である。プラトン初期の対話編では、エレンコスは、例えば正義や美徳といった倫理的概念の性質や定義を

調べるための、ソクラテスが使う技法である。ある一般的な定式化(Vlastos,1983)によると、次のような段階を踏む。

１、ソクラテスの対話者がある命題を提示する。例えば「勇気は魂の持続である」など。それをソクラテスは偽であると仮定し反駁を試みる。

２、ソクラテスは対話者にさらなる前提（例えば「勇気はよいものだ」「無知の持続はよくないものだ」を持ち出し、同意させる。

３、ソクラテスは議論を展開し、さらなる前提が本来の命題とは反対のこと（この例では「勇気は魂の持続ではない」を暗示していることを対話者に納得させる。

４、そしてソクラテスは、対話者の命題が偽で、その反対が真であることを示したと主張する。

１つの問答によって、対象とする概念に新たな、より洗練された検討を加えることができる。この例の場合「勇気とは魂の賢明な持続である」という主張が導かれる。

ソクラテス的問答の多くは一連の反駁であり、アポリア（議論中の命題について何も言えない状態）で終わることが多い。

Frede(1992)は、上記の４番目のステップは、そこまでのアポリア的性質からして無意味であると主張している。ある主張が真とされるなら、対話がアポリアに陥るはずがない。

エレンコスの正確な性質は多くの議論の対象であり、特にそれが認識を導くポジティブな方法なのか、それとも間違った認識を反駁するためだけのネガティブな方法なのかは大きな議論の的である。

ソクラテス式問答法は仮説を排除する「ネガティブ」な方法であり、よりよい仮説は矛盾をもたらす部分を排除することで着実に識別することができる。

ソクラテス式問答法は、ある人の意見を形成する一般的かつ共通点な真理の研究であり、その真理を精査の対象とし、他の信念との一貫性を判定する。基本形式は、論理と事実を検証すべく

形成された一連の疑問文であり、或る人（たち）が何らかの主題についての自分（たち）の信念を見出し、定義やロゴスを探求し、様々な特定の実体で共有される一般的特徴を求める助けとなる。

この方法は、対話者の持つ信念に内方されていた定義を明らかにしたり、さらなる理解の助けとなることから、産婆術(method of maieutice)とも呼ばれた。

アリストテレスはこの定義と帰納の方法の発見者をソクラテスだとし、科学的方法の基本と見なした。しかし、奇妙なことにアリストテレスはこの方法が倫理学には不適であると主張した。

W・K・C・ガスリーの『ギリシアの哲学者たち』によれば、ソクラテス式問答法は問題の答えや知識を求める方法ではなく、むしろ無知を示すことを意図していた。

ソクラテスは他の詭弁家とは異なり知は可能であると信じていたが、まず第一に無知であることを知る必要があると信じていた。

ガスリーは次のように書いている。「（ソクラテスは）自分は何も知らないとよく言っていた。そして、彼が他の人々よりも賢いのは自分の無知を意識していたからだとした。

ソクラテス式問答法の本質は、対話者が何かを知っていると思っていることを実は知らないと自覚させることにある」

産婆術　「編集」

ソクラテスは、それを当然生れてくるべき知的な関心であり、それがしかるべく生れてくるべく、その誕生の手助けをするということで、たまたま彼の母親が産婆の仕事をしていたことから、

魂の産婆術、助産術とも呼んだ。

＊　「魂」の産婆術とは、「魂」から「心」に送られて来る、「言葉の知恵」は、毎日、怒涛のように沢山送られて来るのが、「魂からの言葉の知恵」の「真理」である。
It is the "truth" of "the wisdom of the language from a soul" that "the wisdom of language" in which "spiritual" maieutics is sent to the "heart" from a "soul" is sent in large numbers like angry waves every day.

＊　誕生の手助けとは、「神からの言葉の知恵」を、プラトンやクセノホンの弟子たちに話し、説明した。プラトンの「対話編」こそ、「ソクラテスの言葉」を忠実に再現した、重要な資料である。

＊魂と「遭遇経験」の無い学者が、「問答法」を説明すると、こんなにも難しく説明するものか、書いている本人も、意味が理解出来ていない。
The thing by which a scholar without a soul and "encounter experience" will not come if the "arguing method" is explained and which nothing explains difficultly, and the person himself/herself who is writing cannot understand the meaning, either.
