人間は、困ったことに「心」の「感覚」「知覚」「知識」は、「魂」と「遭遇」「経験」が無いと、どんなに詳しく説明しても、「理解」・「解釈」できないのである。
Unless there are "soul", "encounter", and "experience" in man having been troubled, "feeling", "consciousness", and "knowledge" of the "heart" cannot carry out "understanding" - a "interpretation" to it, however it may explain in detail.

そこに、人間が、ソクラテスの「言葉」（哲学熟語）「感性知識」を、「無理解」「誤解釈」してしまう、大きな！大きな！「原因」が「存在」するのである。

８、 火打石の堅さは、打って見ないと、誰にも良くわからない

１０、 何れの方向からも、打ち寄せる怒涛が、絶えず打ち当っても止まらない

１１、 しかし、その為に怒涛が、岩の位置を動かすことは無いし、永い年代に渡って繰り返し突き当っても、岩を消滅させることはない

１２、 君たちは、私に飛びかかるが良い、襲撃を加えるが良い、私は耐え忍ぶことによって、君たちに勝とう。

１５、 人は、偉くも無いのに、有識者（賢者）を気取り、自分の無知に気がついてもいない。
People pose as a well-informed person (賢 person), and even if they notice their ignorance, they are not in what is not greatly.

１６、 偉大な国の人でありながら、ただ金銭を、できるだけ自分のものにするという事ばかりに、気を使っていて人間として恥ずかしくないのか
Though it is a person of a great country, is merely caring [ about / of making money into one's thing as much as possible /, and ], and isn't shameful as man?

１７、 名誉や評判、地位の事は、気にしても、思慮や真実の事は、気にかけず。
Even if honor, reputation, and a status care, I worry about neither thought nor a true thing.

１８、 魂を、できるだけ優れたものにするという事に、気もつかわず、心配もしないとは。
If it does not care about saying [ making a soul into the thing outstanding as much as possible ] and I am not worried, either.

１９、 善き人には、生きている時も、死んでからも、悪いことは、何もない
Also while I am alive to the good person, also after dying to him, he does not have a bad thing.

２１、 哲学とは、死の練習

２５、 人間は、死を最大の悪であると決めてかかって、恐れているのです。

２６、 これこそ、知らないのに、知っていると信じる事、無知ではないか
Aren't they believing that I know just this although not known, and ignorance?

２７、 いかなる財宝と比べようとも、良友に勝るものはないではないか
Isn't there nothing that excels Yoshitomo, even if compared with what kind of treasure?

２８、 悪法も法、どんな法律でも守らなければ、社会の秩序が維持できないと、自分自身の信条を守る道を選んだ
If bad law was not protected by law and any laws, either, when social order could not be maintained, I chose the way which keeps its own principle.
