著作権譲渡のお願い
日本哲学会では、機関誌「哲学」に掲載された論文を電子化し公開する電子アーカイブ化の作業を企画してきましたが、このたび独立行政法人・科学技術振興機関（JST）の支援を受けてJSTが運用する
Journal@rchive(http://www.journalarchive.jst.go.jp/において「哲学」の論文を、創刊号にまで遡って電子アーカイブス化することになりました。
本会の著作権規定（平成２０年７月５日制定）では、本学会発行の出版物に掲載された論文に関する著作権は、原則として、著作者から本学会への譲渡により、本学会に帰属すると定められています。
そして著作権の譲渡には、著作者から本学会への承諾書の提出が必要であると定められています。
しかし、電子アーカイブス化には、創刊号から現在に至るまでのすべての論文について、著作権の譲渡が必要ですが、２００８年度以前の論文については、譲渡の手続きが行われておりません。
したがって、本来なら、各著作者から譲渡の承諾書を提出していただく必要がありますが、創刊号から２００８年度までの各論文について個別に譲渡の手続きを行おうとすると、その事務量は
膨大ものにならざるをえません。
そこで日本哲学会としましては、２００８年度以前の各論文については、著作権の譲渡の承諾書がなくても、著作権規定に準じて、著作権が本学会に帰属するものとさせていただき、
電子版を公開することにしたいと存じます。
著作権規定に明記しておりますように、著作権が本会に帰属しても、著作者自身による利用を妨げるものではありません。創刊号から２００８年度までの「哲学」に掲載された論文の著作者、
または相続権を持つ遺族の方で、この処置に異議がある方がおられましたら、その旨を、２００９年５月末日までに日本哲学会事務局宛にご連絡ください。
連絡のなかった論文につきましては、ご了承いただけたものとして、電子版を公開させていただきます。また、この通知がすべての著作者、または相続権を持つ遺族の方の目に触れるとは限らない
と思われますので、本通知を知る機会がなかった等の理由で期限後に該当者から申し出があれば、当該論文の公開はそれ以後の適当な時期をもって中止することにします。
日本哲学会著作権規定
平成２０年７月５日制定
第一条
（この規定の目的）この規定は、本学会発行の出版物に掲載された論文等（論文、解説記事等）に関する著作者の著作権の取り扱いに関して取り決めるものである。
第二条
（著作権の帰属）本学会発行の出版物に掲載された論文等に関する著作権「注１」は原則として、著作者から本学会への譲渡「注２」により本学会に属する。
特別な事情により本学会に帰属することが困難な場合には、申し出でにより著作者と本学会の協議の上、処置する。
第三条
（不行使特約）著作者は、以下各号に各当する場合、本学会と本学会が許諾する者に対して、著作者人格権を行使しないものとする。
（１） 電子的配布における技術的問題に伴う改変
（２） アブストラクトのみ抽出して利用
第四条
（第三者への利用許諾）第三者から著作権の利用許諾要請があった場合、本学会は本学会委員会において審議し、適当と認めたものについて要請に応ずることができる。
二 前項の処置によって第三者から本学会に対価の支払いがあった場合には、本学会会計に繰り入れ学会活動のために活用する。
第五条
（著作者の権利）本学会が著作権を有する論文等の著作物を著作者自身が利用することに対して、本学会はこれに異議申し立て、もしくは妨げることをしない。
二 著作者が著作物を利用しようとする場合、著作者は本学会に事前に申し出を行った上、利用された複製物あるいは著作物中に本学会の出版物にかかる出典を明記することとする。
ただし、元の論文等を２５％以上変更した場合には、この限りではない。また、三項にかかわる利用に関しては事前に申し出ることなく利用できる。
三 著作者は、掲載された論文等について、いつでも著作者個人のWebサイト（著作者所属組織のサイトを含む。以下同じ。）において自ら創作した著作物ｗｐ掲載することができる。
ただし、掲載に際して本学会の出版物にかかる出典を明記しなければならない。
第六条
（著作権侵害および紛争処理）本学会が著作権を有する論文等に対して第三者による著作権侵害（あるいは侵害の疑い）があった場合、本学会と著作者が対応について協議し、解決を図るものとする。
二 本学会発行の出版物に掲載された論文等が第三者の著作権その他の権利及び利益の侵害問題を生じさせた場合、当該論文等の著作者が一切の責任を負う。
第七条
（発行期日）この規定は平成２０年７月５日より前に掲載された論文等の著作権についても、著作者から別段の申し出があり、本学会が当該申し出について正当な事由があると認めた場合を除き、
この規定に従い取り扱うものとする。

２００８年６月・以前入会を申し込んで断られた、「日本カント協会」（会長牧野英二）から入会認証の連絡があり入会した。
