Japanese Sake	You can order "Hiya" or "Atsukan". "Hiya" means chilied. "Atsukan" means warm.
Shochu	Shochu is a japanese distilled spirit. It is a little like vodka. You can order shochu on the rocks, with cold water or with hot water.
