Yasutake Co., Ltd. is located in Sadowara Town, Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture, Japan. At our farm, we grow mainly ginger and Hyuganatsu (citrus fruit). Our ginger is grown in nutrient-rich soil. We keep the soil in good and clean condition with nutrient-rich fertilizer to grow healthy ginger. Our Hyuganatsu is cultivated on sandy soil. The special water absorption and drainage features of sandy soil are used to control water intake. With care and management, large amounts of sweet Hyuganatsu fruits are grown.

Our baby ginger bud is very fresh, juicy and has a mild taste.
Baby ginger bud is very delicate thus cannot be transported. We make our fresh ginger pickles right after harvesting at our farm.
Our ginger pickles are available in three delicious flavors.
1. Sweet and sour 2. Soy sauce 3. Plum vinegar
Our ginger pickles are loved by everyone! We are making an effort to increase our production and have a stable supply to satisfy our customers.

In our products division, we produce baby ginger pickles. We are an agricultural production corporation, handling all the process of harvesting, processing and marketing.
Our history:
In 2013, we launched as an agricultural production corporation, and we also started our products division of ginger pickles and Hyuganatsu marmalade. We started to have direct dealings with private companies.
In 2014, we began growing ginger using all-natural fertilizers.
