[*2] “HIRARA-YAKI”　A flat stone is called "HIRARA" in this area. This is baked and used as like a hot plate. A bank is made with fermented soybean paste around the edge of the stone. AMEGO[*3], tofu and vegetables are put in together and it's baked fragrantly. This menu is very recommended to events like a camp where many people get together
[*3]”AMEGO” This is one of river fishes representing the Tokushima prefecture. In eastern Japan, it is called as “YAMAME”.
