Sitting by a traditional open hearth,
please enjoy eating DEKOMAWASHI [*4], Soba dumpling made of buckwheat and HIRARA-YAKI. Local fork song and talking about local
legends available.
This is a traditional local grilled dish of potato, tofu(soybean cake)
and konjac roasted on the bamboo skewer with fermented soybean paste by
charcoal. As rotating and grilling looks
like DEKO (doll), this dish is named “DEKOMAWASHI” (doll rotating).
